CanadaFantastic piece of luggage, even better staff!
I went to the depot in person (in Montreal) and asked to see at least a half dozen luggage's/bags that I couldn't decide between, and the lady that served me was an absolute pro and very kind and patient with me, like she genuinely cared that I bought the right piece of luggage. And fantastic prices, better than all the competition, and I mean I searched extensively online and went physically everywhere in the Montreal area. Honestly I highly recommend this place! The Samsonite S'Cure has been great (I'm currently using it on my foreign aid trip in Togo), perfect for damp, humid climates to keep out bugs and especially mold that easily creeps up in nylon bags after a couple months. There is hardly any fabric inside so the whole thing can easily be washed with bleach, which is awesome. The luggage is virtually indestructible and has two bigger back wheels if you ever need to haul it on uneven surfaces (the 4 wheels slide like a dream through the airports). Probably not meant for more wild excursions (if you only take one bag) but good if you're in a tropical third world setting and don't have to move around too much. I wish it had a better handle on the bottom and back side of the luggage when throwing it around and also would have loved for it to have a lifetime warranty (like the similar Thule luggage, though double the price), but overall I'm very pleased with this luggage. For the type of travel I mostly do, my best piece of luggage by far! And a warm thanks to the lady at the depot and her warehouse operators for their kindness :)
CanadaTrès bon achat pour cette valise en polypropylène, elle semble très solide. C'est ma 2ième Samsonite rigide. Ce sont des valises de qualité. Maintenant hâte d'avoir des conditions plus favorables pour recommencer à voyager.

Luggage well packaged, no damage. Great suitcase love it! Very spacious, light, hardcase, 360 spinner wheels…so when you set your lock code for the suitcase, instructions on the website is confusing… they show lots of numbers which don’t match the exact same indication as what’s on the sticker that is attached to the box, So just call customer service, they were great, it was very easy to put your own code. You don’t even need to register your warranty online only Americans need to not us Canadians. Warranty is attached to our file when we purchase it. Very satisfied! Can’t wait to travel! Bom voyage!!
