Excellent customer service
I bought a Mancini Buffalo briefcase. It came on time, but it arrived without a shoulder strap. I contacted Canada Luggage Depot about this issue and they quickly responded and had a strap to me in two days. Excellent customer service. I understand these things happen but the most important thing is they are willing to make it right in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Like the bag too.
