Have always loved Travelpro quality and wanted this specific suitcase for two features in particular: the integrated TSA lock and the handle on the bottom of the suitcase. LOVE the suitcase and, amazingly, it arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately, the signature requirement was a huge problem and could have been avoided if only I had been warned in advance. The extra handling by FedEx could have been a serious problem, and I wound up having to pick up the box myself. Still 5 stars for the product, though.

Ordered two medium sized bags and two carryon bags Online ordering was straight forward and intuitive. The order arrived six calendar days later. Packaging was robust, offering a high degree of protection. A day before the package arrived, we were notified about the delivery, and that someone had to be present to sign, and that we could rearrange delivery if no-one would be available to sign. Delivery of the package was within an acceptable timeframe window. All in all, excellent order fulfillment. Excellent communication. Excellent delivery. Excellent value.
