VAUDE Limited Lifetime Warranty
The most sustainable product is a used product. Environmental protection is firmly anchored in our corporate strategy. We require durability, highest functionality and quality from our products. In addition, they are designed to leave as small an ecological footprint as possible. You can contribute to minimizing this footprint by taking care of your product and repairing it if needed.
For all VAUDE warranty and repair requests, please email support@sportdinaco.com with:
- An original proof of purchase
- A detailed and clear description of the issue
- Name and model of the VAUDE bag

- Specific issue with the product
- The product label (located along the seam of the bag, inside of a pocket)

This warranty period covers defects in workmanship and materials from the date of purchase on our site.
The warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear (including but not limited to):
- Damage resulting from the weather, abuse, incorrect assembly or installation, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, alterations, modifications.
- If the product was used other than in the manner intended.
- If the product was purchased from a third party seller that is not one of our authorized dealers.
