1. Contest Sponsor

“The Ultimate Fall Travel Giveaway” (the “Contest”) is organized and administered by Canada Luggage Depot, 3565 rue Ashby, Saint-Laurent, QC, H4R 2K3 (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to Canadian residents aged 18 or older.

Employees, representatives, agents, and family members of the Sponsor or its affiliates are not eligible.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on September 29, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time and ends on October 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”).

All entries must be received during the Contest Period.

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary.

To participate on Instagram or Facebook:

1. Follow @canadaluggagedepot on Instagram or Facebook.

2. Like the giveaway post on the platform where you are entering.

3. Tag at least 3 friends in the comments on the giveaway post, with one friend per comment.

Once the minimum requirement of tagging 3 friends is met, each eligible friend-tag comment counts as one entry. Each additional friend tagged in a separate comment counts as an additional entry.

Bonus entry: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram or Facebook Story and tag @canadaluggagedepot so we can see it. The shared Story must be visible to the Sponsor to qualify.

Eligible entries received on either platform will be included in the draw.

Fraudulent, automated, or spam entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Two (2) Air Canada round-trip Economy Class tickets for travel within North America, excluding Mexico, subject to the Air Canada conditions below.

• One (1) Air Canada 3-Piece Luggage Set, approximate retail value $500 CAD. The winner chooses their favourite collection and colour, subject to availability.

*Air Canada Conditions

• Redeemable for two (2) round-trip Economy Class tickets for travel within North America, excluding Mexico.

• Blackout periods may apply.

• Multi-city itineraries are not permitted.

• Valid from any Canadian city served by Air Canada, Air Canada rouge, or Air Canada Express.

• Travel must be completed by December 1, 2026.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitution or cash redemption is permitted unless authorized by the Sponsor.

6. Winner Selection

A random draw will be conducted on October 19, 2026 among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The selected entrant will be contacted by @canadaluggagedepot through Instagram Direct Message or Facebook Messenger, depending on the platform used to enter, and must respond within 48 hours.

To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:

• Confirm eligibility.

• Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.

• Accept the prize as awarded.

If the selected entrant does not respond within 48 hours, fails to meet the eligibility requirements, or fails to satisfy these conditions, another entrant will be selected by random draw.

The winner will be announced once they have responded, their eligibility has been verified, and all prize acceptance requirements have been met.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Personal Information

Personal information is collected solely for contest administration, including verifying eligibility, contacting the selected entrant, and fulfilling the prize.

Information will only be shared with parties involved in administering the Contest or fulfilling the prize, including Air Canada, as necessary for those purposes.

9. General Conditions

Canada Luggage Depot reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of fraud, technical issues, or any factor beyond its control.

The Contest is administered by Canada Luggage Depot.
