Warranties cover materials and craftsmanship, ensuring your gear stays fully functional for the duration of the warranty period. Coverage starts on the purchase date and applies only to the original purchaser—proof of purchase may be required.
If something goes sideways, we’ll repair, replace, or refund—whatever gets you back out there faster. Decisions are made at our discretion, but always with your best interest in mind.
Some things aren’t covered—like abuse, cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or fabric coatings that degrade with use. Example? If you tie a Matador pack to your leg and drag it through a cave for 7 miles (true story), those scrapes are on you.
