High Sierra

Refer to the Warranty information included in your Product to determine the length of time your warranty is valid.  If you no longer have your Warranty information, please contact canada_cs@samsonite.com with pictures of your product.

Limited Lifetime* Warranty

High Sierra products are warranted to the original owner for the lifetime of the product against defects in materials or workmanship under normal recreational use.
If your High Sierra product fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. 

* Wheeled products carry a five-year warranty from date of purchase.
