Covered for a Lifetime with Herschel Supply
 

We stand behind the quality of our bags, luggage and accessories with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, guaranteeing freedom from material and manufacturing defects. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the purchase date from an authorized Herschel Supply retailer, is subject to applicable laws and void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

Making a Claim With Proof of Purchase 

• • If you discover a material or manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion and in accordance with local law and our warranty claims process (as updated from time to time), replace, repair, or offer reimbursement for the item, when applicable.
  
  
• • If the malfunction and/or defect fall within our warranty policy, our Customer Service team will authorize the defect and issue you a Claim Number.
  
  
• • Upon completing the warranty claims process, you’ll receive a gift card valid online and in-store equivalent to the original purchase price of your item. 

Making a Claim Without Proof of Purchase 

• • If proof of purchase is unavailable, no problem.
  
  
• • Our Customer Service team will review your claim and if approved, you’ll receive a credit valid online and in-store equivalent to 70% of your item’s last selling price.

Our Apparel Limited Warranty is valid for 5 years, beginning on the purchase date from an authorized Herschel Supply retailer and is subject to applicable laws.
