Explorer Luggage offers a warranty that our products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase. The provided guarantee does not cover:
(1) Damage resulting from abuse or airline mishandling. If an airline damages your luggage, you should immediately file a claim directly with the airline. Normal wear and tear is not covered by our guarantee.
(2) Further warranty exclusions: component parts, particularly moving parts and wheels. In the unlikely event that a defect in the material or workmanship occurs, we will repair your luggage or replace it.
Our Customer Service is in charge of guiding you through this process.
The required documentations and details to provide include:
(1) A dated proof of purchase. Include your name, address and day time phone number.
(2) A picture or series of pictures identifying the product as well as the defect or zone of defect.
Do not send luggage directly to Explorer Luggage.
Upon receipt of your complete warranty repair information, we will send you a letter/email with a claim number. We can then refer you to the nearest local luggage repair location or, if necessary, inform you where and how to send the product for warranty evaluation. Please be ready to provide a copy of your purchase receipt and the claim number to the repair facility. Explorer Luggage reserves the right to make the final judgment on all claims.
