If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
When you place an order with CanadaLuggageDepot.ca, we do everything we can to pack, ship, and have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please note that our cutoff shipping time is 4PM EST. All shipping timeframes and/or shipping methods/providers listed on CanadaLuggageDepot.ca are to be considered estimates and are not guaranteed.
Canada Luggage Depot does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. Canada Luggage Depot also reserves the right to choose a different shipping carrier than the one selected by the customer at checkout in order to ensure the best possible service. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance and mention your deadline in an email you send us at email@example.com. If you would like to ship with a specific carrier, please send us an email along with your order number and request and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Canada Luggage Depot is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers.
DAMAGED / UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS
If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may ask you to provide us with pictures or return the item within 48 hours of receipt. We will then issue a refund or replace the damaged product. Please keep the item(s) and its packaging in case they’re required for the claim assessment.
