Samboro Luggage has always been known as one of the best in the industry for standing behind our products. We continue to offer this high standard of service for both our Samboro and Delsey brands.
Our products are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for the length of the warranty period as specified on the warranty card attached or enclosed with each product.
If ever a defect should arise, Samboro Luggage will repair or replace (at our discretion) your luggage and return it free of charge.
The warranty does not over airline or other carrier damage or misuse. By the nature of its use, luggage is subject to normal wear and tear, Samboro is not responsible for this or damage to contents. Always inspect your luggage before leaving the terminal and act immediately to file a claim if your luggage has been damaged in transit.
