The suitcase is great value for money. I have had a similar suitcase for many years, and I am only replacing it because the wheels are pretty worn out - from many trips along rough sidewalks in Europe. The was a shipping error, however, Canada Luggage Depot recognized the error and shipped the right item before the incorrect item has arrived and included return shipping labels for the incorrect item. They also phoned and explained the error with great apologies. Customer service was excellent - errors happen, but they handled it extremally well.
