We are proud to offer you free shipping over 49$ (before taxes) to most locations in Canada. If you do not qualify for free shipping, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of the products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be (if applicable).
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

DAMAGED / UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS
If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at email@example.com. We may ask you to provide us with pictures or return the item within 48 hours of receipt. We will then issue a refund or replace the damaged product. Please keep the item(s) and its packaging in case they’re required for the claim assessment.
