CanadaI used Canada Luggage Depot for the first time. I ordered a product but when it arrived, it was not of the same size as I expected it to be. I immediately emailed the customer service and I was helped the same day that enabled me to drop off the bags I received to Canada post for a possible exchange. The day my bags were delivered, the upsized luggage suitcases were mailed out and I got these the next day. The only thing I had to pay was for Canada Post shipping charges, while receiving deliveries through FedEx. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of customer service and the truthfulness of the product description over Canada Luggage Depot website. I'd certainly shop with Canada Luggage Depot again...
