CanadaExcellent cooler, disappointing shipping ordeal
We used this over the Canada day long weekend, and the cooler kept the ice and drinks cold for four days. Draining it was a cinch. The white cooler colour is beautiful! Only negative was shipping, which took a long time—2 ½ weeks vs the 2-3 days noted on the site. Canada luggage depot refunded me $50 Canadian for the inconvenience. That was very nice of them. Overall, I would recommend buying from this site...hopefully, shipping will be quicker for other customers. Thank you.
