CanadaService great but...
The product is a little disappointing. I’ve been wanting a package for ages and the offer here was excellent. Unfortunately, the product doesn’t quite make the grade. One of the strap connectors doesn’t grip well and I’m forced to constantly readjust. As well, one of the safety features - the pop’n’lock - barely works without considerable effort. All in all, it’s disappointing given the supposed quality. 6 out of 10.
CanadaHas great features. Had trouble trying to figure out lock system with sliding lever.
I have not used the product yet but I am sure it will be great.
CanadaExcellent Bag
This bag was on sale at Luggage Depot and it was the best value online. The size of the bag is just right for day trips and with the many security features, will make my trip to Italy that much better. It is slightly heavier than bags without those features but not an issue for me. I am considering buying the 25L backpack as well. Great communication and prompt delivery from Luggage Depot made this an especially good purchase.
