I am a several times returning customer to Canada Luggage Depot and aside from a wonderful selection of products, I am very impressed with their excellent customer service. Thank you! This is my second (identical) Go Extra Knapsack, I have used the first one so much that the fabric is starting to show signs of wear and since it is my carry on bag, my shopping bag and my day bag, I decided to get a new one in anticipation of travelling again this year.
