Excellent. From the initial online selection experience to delivery (arrived in excellent condition in under a week) we are very happy with CanadaLuggage.ca It was a bit scary to purchase such a large investment online (sight unseen) but we are very happy with our purchase. While we haven't used our luggage as of yet it looks exactly as expected, rolls beautifully with double wheels and the colour is awesome. Can't wait to use it next month.
