We ordered multiple items in one order and one smaller item was unavailable by the time the order was picked to be shipped. Instead of waiting on the item to be available and holding up the entire order, the warehouse manager swapped out for the same product from a different company, sent a personal note of explanation and also sent an extra small item as an apology and a thanks for our understanding. The note was amazing enough. Extremely thoughtful warehouse manager and I applaud the company and efforts to ensure customers are complaint free! I really like this bag, but it’s not quite big enough for my essentials. I find the Triple Zip Bagg more useful, because it holds just a bit more. My all-time favourite is the Everyday Bagg, but I often tend to stuff it a bit too full. They’re all very well-made, the card slots are great, and the multiple zippered compartments make it easy to find anything. I have the Everyday Bagg in several different colours for different seasons.
