The bag was really cute but arrived with a huge tear (or perhaps missed stitching?) on the inside. Not what I would expect for a $100 bag. Customer service was amazing though and the return process was simple! I’d recommend Canada Luggage Depot despite the poor quality bag.

Great!! Very happy with this purchase. This is my everyday purse. It’s much lighter than the leather purses I am used to. It is very roomy ~ which is what I was hoping for. I studied all the Baggallini purse specs until I found one that I thought would work for me. Very happy thus far
