CanadaNot really compressing
On the positive side, the cubes were well-made, with ventilation and a clear top to see what's inside. However, they don't compress by squeezing out any air at all. They just squash down your items, the same way any ordinary packing cube does. (The ones I got from the dollar store do the same thing.). So I'd say it's more for organising and not really space-saving. If you want to save space, then the now-discontinued Eagle Creek compression sacs are a lot more effective at actually compressing what's inside.
