Limited Lifetime Warranty

Most McKlein products are protected. We will cover the damage to your item caused by a defect in the workmanship or quality of the materials. We hold the right to either repair or replace the item. Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover harm resulting from abuse, neglect, improper handling or common carrier damage. Ordinary wear and tear is not covered under Limited Lifetime Warranty. Moving parts such as wheels, handles and mechanical parts are covered under our Limited One Year Warranty. Warranty covers return shipping if the claim is made within 30 days of the purchase.

Limited One Year Warranty

McKlein's P and L series and attache cases are protected. Coverage includes moving parts such as wheels, handles and mechanical parts. Damage related to defective material or poor workmanship, exclusive of wear and tear, is also covered. We hold the right to either repair or replace the product. The McKlein warranty does not include harm resulting from abuse, neglect or improper handling by common carrier services. Warranty covers return shipping if the claim is made within 30 days of the purchase.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A WARRANTY ISSUE?

If you believe the product has been bought with a defect or the product has started showing a defect within the warranty period, you need to return the item together with proof of purchase to the retailer where the product was purchased.  The store will help you to process the warranty claim. Please make sure the product is washed before it is delivered to the retailer.
