Excellent with one reservation. The buttons to collapse the handle are impossible for a challenged senior to manipulate. If these were switches it would be simple for everyone. Also, a little less deep would mean a little less bending.

We purchased this cart for my elderly mother to assist her in bringing groceries from the underground parking garage to her 6th floor apartment. It is sturdy, and well made. A good quality cart.
